Celebrate the Small Things!

Celebrate The Small Things is a weekly celebration created by VikLit to celebrate the happenings of the week, however small or large. You can learn all about it and sign up for it here.CelebrateSmallThings_Badge

Last week was a wash, but this week has been better. Celebrations this time around —

  1. We replaced our aging, rusting-out, mechanically-challenged minivan with a new (to us) vehicle. It’s nice to have a reliable mode of transportation again.
  2. I’m actually getting my blog posts out on time this week.
  3. We got our school supply shopping done. Not that my kids were very happy about that one. 🙂

What other celebrations are going on out there?

  1. Getting those need-to-do things out of the way is always a plus. Now you can shop for the really good stuff! 😀 And yay for the new van! Reliable is only over-rated when you haven’t experienced one that constantly fails on you.

  2. It’s wonderful to have a way of getting from Point A to Point B without worrying. I’m glad to hear you have the new vehicle! This week I was on vacation, and spent time with my family. I’m enjoying it while it lasts. (It’s back to real life on Monday.) I’ve also been writing in the evenings, and finally making progress on a multi-part blog post that I’ve been thinking about for a while. Here’s to blocks of time where I can concentrate! 🙂
