Celebrate The Small Things is a weekly celebration created by VikLit to celebrate the happenings of the week, however small or large. You can learn all about it and sign up for it here.
This week has been just gorgeous, so I’m celebrating:
- The weather! Sunny and 70s for the first official week of autumn.
- Getting rid of a few things in my over-stuffed basement by donating them to a charity garage sale. Halleluiah!
- Cleaning out my flower gardens. They look so much better now.
What other celebrations are going on out there?

Having a clear out always makes me feel better. It certainly has been a mild September.

Yes, it has been mild so far. I’m hoping to clear out even more stuff before snow flies.

Yes! I’m excited about fall, too. I’ve had enough of hot weather. I’m glad both your basement and garden will be clearer now. 🙂

So am I. Sometimes the clutter really gets to me. I like well-ordered spaces, though it doesn’t happen a lot.

Hi Lori – traveling right now, but # 2 & 3 are on my list when I return, and temps of 70+ (preferably with sun) are always on my wish list.
