Celebrate the Small Things is a weekly celebration created by VikLit and now hosted by Lexa Cain to celebrate the happenings of the week, however small or large. You can learn all about it and sign up for it here.
I missed celebrating last week, because I couldn’t get it together. I’m running late this week, too, but hopefully that’s better than not at all. Celebrations this time around:
- Beautiful warm weather all week, which allowed me to finish up some outdoor work that needed doing, without freezing my tail off.
- Got snow tires put on my vehicle, so I’ll be ready for the inevitable.
- Got my mailbox back up. The post had rotted, and the strong wind we had blew it over. My Dad helped me replace the post and get it back in the ground.
- Looking forward to participating in the Milton Artists’ Guild’s Holiday Art Show and Sale tonight and tomorrow!
What other celebrations are going on out there?

Good luck at the sale! Sorry your mailbox fell over. At least someone didn’t run it over.

Sorry you’ve had such gloomy weather. I hope the sunshine makes its way to you before the weekend is over!

I’m glad to hear you did all that and your tail is still attached and not frozen. LOL! Yay for your dad helping with the mailbox, and I hope you have a great time at the upcoming art show! 🙂

It’s always good to feel like you’ve achieved something, even something as small as fixing a mailbox and preparing for the winter with snow tires.

Yes, and I love crossing things off my to-do list!

This warm weather has been making it hard for me to figure out when to get those snow tires on. But hey, I’m not complaining! 🙂
