Celebrate the Small Things is a weekly celebration created by VikLit and now hosted by Lexa Cain to celebrate the happenings of the week, however small or large. You can learn all about it and sign up for it here.
This has been a completely frustrating week. I had planned to put the finishing touches on my book file and have it all ready to upload, but every time I thought I had everything all set, I’d find something else I had to change or add or fix or redo. I reached the end of the week, and I feel like I’m in the same spot where I was at the beginning of the week.
Ah, well. I will chalk it up as a learning experience and move on. Some things to celebrate:
- My daughter got an A on her midterm exam in math, her most difficult subject! I’m so impressed and proud of her!
- We have a three-day weekend coming up!
- We’ve actually had sunshine the past couple of days. Even though it’s really cold out, it’s nice to see.
What other celebrations are going on out there?

Yay for your daughter’s “A” and good luck on a sunshiny 3-day weekend. You may feel like you’re in the same place as last week, but I bet you accomplished a lot of important things that’ll make your upload more successful when you get to it. Good luck! 🙂

Thanks, Lexa! I certainly learned a lot. I just keep telling myself this whole process will be so much easier the next time around because I’ll know what I’m doing.

Ohh sorry about your stumbling block this week. Best, as you say, to put it in the rear view mirror. Enjoy a three-day respite!

The temperatures have warmed up around here the last few days, so I’m happy about that. Good luck with your edits!
